This little glue stick is here to help prevent any mid routine wedgies and, even more importantly, that pesky .3 deduction.

• roll glue along where you'd like your leotard to sit.
• press your leotard firmly down onto the line 
• allow 3-4 minutes for the glue to dry
• remove glue from skin and the leotard with water
